Shipping & Returns

Custom printed clothing and accessories typically ship within 1-2 weeks, depending on the location of the supplier, time of the year and demand. We will be in touch if there are any delays on your order.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the package is collected and they have scanned your parcel. Please use the tracking link supplied and contact the courier company first for faster response to locating your package.

Shipping is based on current rates, delivery address, and shipping method chosen.

Returns

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and packaging intact.
Please email us at [email protected] with your return or exchange request, which must be approved before you return your item to us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don’t process returns due to incorrect size chosen, so please be careful to check your measurements on the supplied size charts. If you’re unsure on sizing, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you select your proper  size.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancelling Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 1 hour of placing the order, but please note a 10% administration fee may be applied.

Please return your item to us using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items sent back to us that are lost in shipping.
