At Autumn Rain Collection, we take pride in crafting high-quality, clean, small-batch cosmetics. Because our products are personal care and hygiene-sensitive goods, our refund and return policy is structured to protect product integrity and safety.

Please read our guidelines carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Reporting Window)

We inspect all small-batch items thoroughly before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Reporting Period: You must report any damaged or defective items within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Reports made after this 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Requirements: To file a claim, please email us at autumnrain@autumnraincollection.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo/video evidence of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Resolution: Approved claims for damaged items will be issued a direct replacement of the exact item at no additional cost to you, or a store credit/refund if the item is out of stock.

2. General Returns & Dissatisfaction

Due to the hygiene, safety, and sanitary regulations governing cosmetics, skincare, and grooming products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, unsealed, swatched, or used. * Eligible Items: We only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original, unsealed packaging with all original labels and tags attached.

  • Return Period: Requests for a return on eligible, unopened items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following categories of items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events using a discount code.

  • Gift cards.

  • Individual items that were originally part of a curated set or kit.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for your unopened, eligible item. Once your return is received and accepted by our team, you can make a separate, new purchase for the alternative item.

5. Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment location and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
